Hunan Lier Circuit Board Co., Ltd. Expansion Training
2018/11/1
There is a popular saying, one person can walk very fast, but a group of people can walk further.
However, if a group of people lacks cohesion, they may not be able to go very far.
Therefore, in order to enhance the company's cohesion and build an efficient and tacit cooperation team,
On October 31, 2018, Hunan Lier held its first outdoor expansion activity at Huasui Ecological Expansion Camp.
(The second phase will take place at the end of next month)
In the beautiful and well-equipped Huasui Ecological Park, the first batch of participants, team leaders and above,
arrived at the destination early, everyone was full of energy, and after waiting for Director Yuan, under the guidance of the coach,
everyone began a day-long activity.
Everyone gathered under the greenhouse, and after the coach introduced the history and significance of expansion sports,
they immediately mixed into groups of men and women, breaking the ice through lively and interesting interactions, allowing everyone to forget their positions,
forget their ages, and forget their genders. Each group quickly selected their team name, slogan, team song, captain, secretary, and flag bearer.
Tiger Team: Captain: Wang Jun, Flag Bearer: Li You, Secretary: Dai Haihe; (Black Vest)
Battle Blade Team: Captain: Ji Xiaoding, Flag Bearer: Liu Tijia, Secretary: Chang Juan (Blue Vest)
Surpass Team: Captain: Yin Zhengqiu, Flag Bearer: Liao Hongyi, Secretary: Jiang Ping (Red Vest)
The first competition item: Stand in line and shout slogans while posing.
In the end, the Battle Blade Team scored 9.0 points, surpassing the Tiger Team and Surpass Team by 0.2 points and 0.4 points respectively.
Their victory mainly relied on the captain's presence—therefore, being a leader requires regular training and team leading.
The second item: Heartbeat Drum. The whole team pulled the drum line to catch the ball. This time, the Surpass Team won with a high score,
far exceeding the other two teams in both timed scoring and single scoring; their tacit cooperation ability was quite good.
The third item: Blind Building. Each team was required to use a rope to form the largest square.
In the end, none of the teams achieved the goal, relatively speaking, the Tiger Team was slightly closer to the target.
The fourth item: Unlinking Hands + Throwing Water Bottles + Passionate Rhythm. In this segment of the competition, the Tiger Team ultimatelyachieved the top position in less than
three minutes.
The most challenging was the final pressureaxis act: a four-meter high graduation wall. Initially, some were worried about being too heavy to climb,
some stared at the high wall with fear, others worried about the hard ground and had safety concerns,
some even thought the coach was joking, and there were even suggestions to switch to another project,
even the coach secretly felt nervous for everyone, privately asking if we had decided to take on the challenge?
After a period of hesitation and discussion, ultimately, with everyone's united effort,
they successfully completed the task of climbing over the graduation wall in 13 minutes and 10 seconds.
Everyone finally realized that as long as there is determination and courage, there is no difficulty that cannot be overcome. In the end,
everyone took a group photo in front of the graduation wall, ending a day of expansion training with passion and emotion.
Several projects revolved around the theme of 'team collaboration', fully activating the team's cohesion,
and leveraging collective wisdom. Throughout the day of practice, everyone had their own feelings and insights,
in summary, everyone recognized the importance of teamwork and good communication, the importance of adhering to rules,
and the importance of listening carefully; in every small segment, the coach connected with everyone's work practice,
providing appropriate feedback, prompting everyone to continuously reflect on themselves, think from others' perspectives, and resonate.
In addition, the expansion activities also enhanced mutual understanding and deepened the friendship of team integration,
shaping the team's vitality and promoting the healthy growth of the organization. (Correspondent: Dai Haihe)
