Large demand for halogen-free substrates

With the rise of environmental awareness, Taiwan Optoelectronics has actively invested in research and development of environmentally friendly halogen-free substrates, boosting Taiwan's optoelectronics to become the world's largest manufacturer of halogen-free substrates. Taiwan's halogen-free substrates are used in mobile phones, LCD TVs, NBs and consumer electronics products. And so on, the current research and development of 2W heat-dissipation halogen-free substrates are also in mass production. Benefited from the emergence of smart phones and tablet computers, the increase in demand for halogen-free substrates will enable Taiwan Opto-electronics to increase revenue and production capacity of Q3 and restore the original Q1 profit level. This year, the new plant in Kunshan Photovoltaic Park is expected to be 11 this year. It is expected to be put into operation in the month, with a monthly output of 300,000 new CCL production capacity, which will help Taiwan Opto-electronics achieve a major breakthrough in its future operations.
